TERMS & CONDITIONS: Tour price includes
roundtrip airfare from gateway city to Israel, superior hotel accommodations
in double rooms with private bath, two meals daily, ground transportation
and all sites. Not included are personal expenses, telephone calls, lunch daily, extra meal beverages not part of the meal service, laundry service, travel insurance and any other services not specifically mentioned as being included. US citizens require a valid passport for international travel. Citizens of other nations are responsible for their own passport/visa requirements. Airfares are based on advanced group purchase and are subject to restrictions and are not refundable. Tour price is based upon estimated airport taxand fuel surcharges. Actual taxes and surcharges may be higher which will result in slightly higher cost. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Joined To Hashem, Inc. Cancellation fees are as follows: 1) up to 60 days before departure - $300. 2) from 59-45 days before departure- 75% of package price3.) 44 - 0 days before departure - 100% of package price. There will be no refunds on unused services and all prices quoted are based on rates in effect at time of printing. If you do not return with the group, there may be a $100 surcharge in addition to any additional airfare differential for the deviation. The Tour operator and Joined To Hashem, Inc. act only as agents for the various companies whose accommodations are made for this tour and assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the service offered by hotels, motorcoach or any other vehicle of transportation used during this tour. The tour operator and Joined To Hashem, Inc. reserves the right to make alterations in the itinerary as conditions warrant. In the event it becomes necessary to alter the itinerary or arrangements for security or other purposes, additional expense, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. Payment of deposit and final balance signifies acceptance on the part of the purchaser and/or passenger of these terms and conditions. |
